Returns & Exchanges


In the event that you are wanting to return your goods purchased, we accept exchanges on items that are still in their original condition (Original packaging, tagged, unwashed, unworn) provided that you meet the following requirements.

• For any information regarding return and exchange requests, please email shop@theexqused.com  within 7 days of receiving your order. Stating the reason for exchange or return will determine the exchange/returns process. Allow up to 1 week for refunds and exchanges to take place. 

• Exchanges must be for products of equal or lesser value. Should you wish to

exchange for an item of greater value, store credit of the original purchased value will be issued which will be valid for 3 months.

• The Exqused is not responsible for the cost of shipping on items returned. 

• If the item you have purchased is faulty or damaged, we will review the item on a case by case basis and offer a refund if we can’t replace this item, you will also have the option to opt for store credit. 

Discounted and sale items are non-refundable, however size exchanges are available, with postage at the buyers cost. 

We reserve the right to refuse and exchange or a return if we believe the item has been damaged, worn or washed after item has been received.
