The Exqused will ensure that any goods purchased will arrive at the provided destination in the state it left our shelves. We will do our best in assisting our customers if any issue occurs.
Orders received from Monday – Friday are generally processed within 1 business day upon full receipt of full payment. Orders made on weekends or public holiday will be processed on the following business day.
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over A$100. For all orders under A$100, a $7 shipping fee will be applied.
Orders must be delivered to a commercial or residential address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to mistyped or invalid addresses.
The Exqused are not responsible for any goods damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items may be resolved at the discretion of The Exqused.
Upon receiving full payment, delivery may take up to 1- 7 business days depending on the location.
For customers in Sydney, orders may arrive overnight and nearby cities, 2-3 days.
Orders that have been despatched for delivery, will be notified of the delivery estimate, tracking details and delivery confirmation via email or sms.
